Problem Statement

The Endometriosis Foundation of America (EFA), a non-profit organization aiming to raise awareness about Endometriosis by providing education and advocacy, surgical training, and funding for research, was utilizing a very manual, excel heavy process to manage their donor list and events. Due toinconsistent data entry and lack of the appropriate technology tools & skills, EFA was unable easily access or analyze their data. 

SUM Solution

StartupMetrics mitigated this problem for EFA by developing a controlled web-based data entry process to ensure consistency and integrity of data management.  Utilizing the now clean data, SUM created a set of dashboards using Tableau to manage their fundraising and event activities.

  • Ability to accurately track their activities throughout the year allows for better planning and use of their funds
